Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting your chicken breast or thighs into bite-sized pieces. Toss the chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, drizzle some oil and heat over medium-high. Add chicken pieces and sear for 5-6 minutes until golden.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat and add sesame oil and minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and optional chili flakes. Mix and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  6. Return chicken to skillet with sauce, add noodles, and toss gently to combine. Heat for 2 more minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
