  • 1 cups Ice
For the Strawberry Sweet Cream
  • ½ cup Medium Strawberries
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener To enhance the sweetness.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Sift matcha powder into a small bowl and pour in hot water. Whisk for 30 seconds until smooth and slightly foamy, then stir in liquid sweetener.
  2. In a tall glass, fill with ice cubes and pour in milk. Gently layer whisked matcha on top of the milk using a spoon.
  3. Blend strawberries, heavy cream, milk, and sweetener until smooth. The mixture should be like melted ice cream.
  4. Pour Strawberry Sweet Cream over matcha latte to create distinct layers, then stir gently to enjoy the beautiful presentation.
