- Toast the almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Gather and prep all salad ingredients: mince garlic, slice shallot and red onion, dice and slice strawberries.
- Combine dressing ingredients in a blender or jar and emulsify until smooth.
- Rinse, dry, and tear the greens into bite-sized pieces, placing them in a large bowl.
- Assemble the salad by adding the greens, feta, onion, strawberries, and toasted almonds. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
