Salad
  • 2 cups Strawberry Fresh, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Almonds Slivered and toasted
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Thinly sliced

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Toast the almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Gather and prep all salad ingredients: mince garlic, slice shallot and red onion, dice and slice strawberries.
  3. Combine dressing ingredients in a blender or jar and emulsify until smooth.
  4. Rinse, dry, and tear the greens into bite-sized pieces, placing them in a large bowl.
  5. Assemble the salad by adding the greens, feta, onion, strawberries, and toasted almonds. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
