  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves minced or substitute with garlic powder
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro can substitute with parsley
  • 1 Lime Slices for serving

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather the equipment including a baking tray and nonstick aluminum foil.
  2. Line the baking tray with nonstick aluminum foil. Place salmon in the center and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange canned pineapple slices underneath the salmon on the baking tray.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, melted butter, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Whisk until emulsified.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the salmon, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  6. Bake the salmon for 15 minutes. Optionally, broil for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve with lime slices.
