Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat dry the chicken thighs or breasts with paper towels. Generously season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine freshly squeezed orange juice, honey, olive oil, and chopped fresh thyme. Whisk until well blended.
- Place the seasoned chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, then pour the marinade over it. Seal or cover and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Transfer the marinated chicken to a roasting pan in a single layer. Pour any remaining marinade over the top. Roast for 25-30 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken, aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- For extra crispiness, set your oven to broil and place the chicken under it for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle remaining pan sauce over the chicken and serve hot.

Notes
For best flavor, allow marination for at least an hour or overnight. Fresh ingredients enhance the overall taste.
