Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 40–45 minutes.

- Add the ground beef and taco seasoning to the skillet. Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring until browned.
