  • 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or ranch sauce Greek yogurt as a substitute
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese omit for dairy-free option

Preparation Steps
  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
  3. Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip in the eggs, and cover with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the chicken strips in batches for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  6. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for 15-30 seconds until pliable.
  7. Assemble wraps by placing lettuce and tomato on a tortilla, adding chicken strips, and drizzling with sweet chili sauce.
  8. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.
