  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For searing.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated.

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds Optional, for garnish.

For the Lime Yogurt Dip
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 whole Lime Juiced and zested.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Begin by cutting the salmon fillet into even 1 to 1.5-inch cubes. Pat them dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add salmon cubes in a single layer. Cook without moving for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Gently flip salmon cubes and pour the sauce over. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the salmon is opaque.
  6. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  7. Whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl for dip.
