Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk. Blend until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, toss sliced strawberries with lemon juice and cornstarch.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into four squares.
  5. Spoon cream cheese mixture onto each pastry square, then layer with the strawberry filling.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and press to seal.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze until pourable.
