- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, frozen tater tots, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the tater tot and sausage blend.
- If not baking immediately, cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
- Bake the casserole uncovered for about 60-70 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
