Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season tuna steaks with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C). Brush tuna with olive oil and grill 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer until creamy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, then toss gently.
  5. Serve by laying salad on plates, placing sliced tuna on top, and drizzling with creamy garlic sauce.
