  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Can substitute with regular or dairy-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill Chopped, can substitute with dried
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Chicken Salad
  • 3 cups Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion Finely diced, optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Grate the cucumber, squeeze out excess moisture, and set aside.
  2. Combine the squeezed cucumber with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Mix the shredded chicken with the tzatziki sauce and add diced red onion, if using.
  5. Serve on pita, with crackers, or over greens.
