Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add diced ripe mangoes, finely shredded green cabbage, grated carrot, thinly sliced red bell pepper, and thinly sliced red onion. Toss gently to combine.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together freshly squeezed lime juice, honey or maple syrup, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper until creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the mango and vegetable mixture and gently toss to coat.
