Method
 

Peanut Dressing
  1. Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, and fresh ginger until smooth.
  2. For a thinner consistency, add a splash of water gradually while mixing.
Filling Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, coleslaw mix, grated carrots, and fresh cilantro. Toss gently until well mixed.
Dressing the Filling

Warming Tortillas
